Hi, I’m Lisa Gianandrea (she/her)

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)  offering counseling to clients in Texas and individuals worldwide.

My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, client-centered, and adapted for your needs. I draw on EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I have completed extensive training in EMDR, complex trauma, crisis counseling, and CBT, and ERP (exposure and response prevention) for OCD. I aim to create a space for you where you feel heard and your strengths are recognised and valued.  EMDR and other trauma therapies can be helpful for a range of issues including acute, single-incident traumas or repeated traumas such as those experienced in relationships or with family.

My clients describe me as warm and caring, nonjudgmental, and empathetic. I value authenticity & humor as a means to connect. Together we will explore what living authentically means to you and work with your strengths build a life that you’re excited about.
